A: We are selective, specialized and focused when choosing our pieces. Our pieces are unique and authentic. We are not a commercial rental company. We want to provide you the most hassle free experience. We are small, local and flexible, and you will always be greeted with a friendly face and a smile, leaving you feeling like family.
Q: How much do your pieces cost to rent? How can I access your price list?
A: It really all depends on what you choose. Our sofas range anywhere from $250-350 to rent per day and our small decor items are as low as $10 to rent. For the pricing information, please complete the contact form. Or contact us directly at email@example.com
Q: How do I reserve items?
A: To reserve items for your event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the contact form on our website, please include a list of the pieces you are interested in. From there we will contact you and do a quick consultation either over the phone or in person (whenever it is convenient for you) to chat details.
Q: When should I reserve my items?
A: As soon as possible. We operate as a “first come, first serve” basis but if the piece you are interested in isn’t available we will do our best to offer you an available alternative.
Q: How will I get my rentals? Do you deliver?
A: Yes, for most orders we only offer delivery. Picking up items on your own isn’t an option, this is to maintain and ensure the pieces are handled with care. A delivery fee will apply. However some small décor items are available for pickup and will be ready and packaged for your event.
Q: Can I check out your inventory in-person?
A: Absolutely! We prefer it! We love to meet our clients in person and have them see the furniture in-person before reserving to ensure it is exactly what you want.
Q: How far do deliver?
A: We deliver to the entire Charlotte and surrounding areas and nearby South Carolina. Just contact us with your location, we love to travel, just ask us!
